Q: Are you making custom tumblers?
A: Yes. I am able to take custom orders. I love working with customers to help their vision come to life

Q: What are RTS tumblers?
A: RTS, or Ready to Ship/Sell tumblers, are tumblers I have created and are ready to be shipped to you. At times I will have options for these tumblers to be customized to be able to add a name or quote. RTS tumblers may need a final coat or two before shipping and will need a full 72 hours of cure time after the final coat before being able to be shipped. RTS tumblers have a TAT of 5-7 business days.

Q: How do I care for my tumbler?
A: Care instructions will be included with your tumbler when shipped. Tumblers need to be hand-washed. Please do not soak, put in the dishwasher, leave in a hot vehicle or put it in the microwave. I am not responsible for tumblers damaged due to misuse or mishandling on the customer's part.

Q:Can you make Non glitter Tumblers?
A: Absolutely! However do to the nature of glitter and the fact it is EVERYWHERE I am unable to guarantee that a stray piece will not make it on the non glitter tumbler.

Q: What are the tumblers made of?
A: Some inventory of tumblers are made of BPA free, Some inventory of tumblers are double-wall, vacuum insulated, BPA free. The epoxy used to seal the tumblers provide a crystal-clear glass like finish that enhances and protects the design. The resin is VOC free, highly UV resistant, heat resistant up to 500 degrees, and is FDA Compliant resin (complies with FDA 21 CFR 175.300). I also offer some acrylic style tumblers.

Q: What kind of lid do the tumblers have?
A: Depending on the tumbler, it could have either a lid that twists in or is pushed into the cup. Some have a flip top lid and some have a sliding lid. The listing should state, or it should be shown in the pictures. If it does not state the type of lid, and you would like to know what it is, please feel free to reach out.

Q:Can you make the same cup twice?
A: All items are handmade so I will not be able make items exactly the same each time. There will be small variances to all products. Feel free to message me ideas you found on Pinterest but know that I can not replicate it exactly and that it will be used for inspiration.

Q: What type of pens do you use?
A: I offer Ink Joy Gel Pens currently. They come in .05mm and .07mm. Currently the ability the choose the MM is not available as the pens are hard to come by so it is just what I have in stock when you order.

Q: Can I add on to my order after it is placed?
A: Yes you can until the original order has shipped. However adding to the order and at a later date may cause shipping delays due to product turn around time. There may Also be an increased shipping cost due to the weight of the item added.

Q: How do you ship?
A: Most of my packages are shipped using USPS. I will send tumblers through UPS at times. I will go with the most cost effective method to get your order to you in a timely manner

Return Policy

You have 7 days from receiving your product to contact me with any issues or problems. I do not accept returns on custom items. If your item is defective or damaged please reach out immediately to begin filing a claim. I try to be reasonable and provide the best customer service - please understand I am a human being - and mistakes do happen.

 All items have full product descriptions. Returns/exchanges will not be accepted because you did not use the product properly, because it was destroyed or damaged due to your own mistake, etc. If a return is agreed upon between the customer and Simply Charming Designs  the customer is responsible for shipping costs. I will send a return label when shipping back to me.

ABOUT THE MATERIALS USED

I use high quality materials in order to provide you with a high-quality product:

TUMBLERS: I use double-wall stainless steel tumblers. These tumblers are vacuum insulated and BPA free. I also offer Acrylic tumbles and 

GLITTER: I use polyester glitter, which is better for the environment than plastic craft glitter, and the shine does not dull over time. It is more expensive than craft glitter you can find at your local craft store, but the quality is outstanding. The glitter is also solvent resistant as well as UV resistant. 

EPOXY: The resin (aka resin, epoxy, epoxy resin, etc.) I use provides a crystal-clear, glass-like finish that enhances and protects the tumbler. It is VOC free, and highly UV resistant (does not yellow over time). This resin is FDA Compliant Resin and complies with FDA 21 CFR 175.300. It is heat resistant up to 500 degrees.

TURNAROUND TIME/ORDERING

Tumblers can take anywhere from 2 weeks to 6 weeks to produce depending on the amount of current working orders. I do my best to make them and get them out to you as soon as possible, but also want to take my time making the tumbler exactly how you envision it. I typically send progress pictures after certain steps to ensure that your idea for your tumbler is meeting expectations.

The way Custom ordering will work, is you will send an email or a message to Simply Charming Designs  with what you want. I will let you know the cost and the time it may take to complete the order. A $15 rush fee will be added on if the order is needed within 2 weeks. Once we have discussed what the final product is that you are wanting, I will create a custom listing just for you on the website. You will use this to pay for your order, and track shipping once the order has shipped.

*There are no refunds or returns on custom tumbler orders* Due to the fact that I update you on the progress along the way, gives plenty of chances for you to change anything before receiving your item. This also includes tumblers that are "standard". If you have problems or issues with your tumbler after you receive it, please email me or message me on the Facebook page. I will not issue refunds or returns for items that are not right due to your own mistake, (i.e. dropping/cracking the tumbler, incorrect spelling, etc.).
